You guys probably heard the Sear's rumor about them having Brawl early. Well I called them and:

Sears: Hello this is Sears, how may I help you?

Me: I heard you guys got brawl in?

Sears: Hold on lemme switch you over to the electronics department.

Me: k

Sears: Hello this is Sear's electronic department.

Me: I heard you guys have Brawl in?

Sears For the Wii right?

Me: Yah.

Sears: Wait lemme check.

Me: k

In the background: "SHOW ME YA MOVES!" "PK FIRE!" "PIKAAAAAAAA!."

Sears: *Hangs up*

So I feel a conspiracy. XD

I heard about the rumor around the time it was getting around. I quickly ran down to my local Sears and there was actually a LINE in the electronics section. It was too crowded, and I was one of the angry unlucky customers when I left the store. They sold out very quick. I saw some dude with a smirk on his face leaving the store with a little white bag. Im sure that was one of the copies. If I wasn't a good person, id probably jump him. xD

Well it's not too much time now for the official release so it doesn't really bother me anymore.

probably wasn't the game cause nintendo was gonna file a lawsuit if they sold em early.

I called gamestop today and they said it would be here on sunday. Usually it takes like a day for it to be shipped.

Yeah, most stores will have midnight openings on what will be like tonight(the next day really) at 12:00 pm. Almost every store has their copies in the back of their store already. The rest of ppl could, if not sold out, can get there copies anytime of the day, until early store closings on Sunday.
